Weird.

When I was little I remember quoting "It's the end of the world!!! ...or the beginning?" I never knew what it was from. Last night Clark and I watched The Dark Crystal. Jim Henson 1983. Amazing. Weird. Puppets. Anyway, this scary looking hag puppet said that line and it was deja vu! So bizarre. I don't know if I ever watched that movie as a kid, I think I was just immitating my older siblings. I guess I'll never know. But yeah, great quote. Watch it.

Posting and Singing in the shower

I'm not ready to post yet. We are in the process of moving, yet again. A week after our move I will be in Arizona for a friend's wedding. So don't expect anything consistant until December.




Right now I'm just sitting on the computer while Clark is in the shower. He's singing as usual. He mostly sings broadway or Shiny Toy Guns. Imagine my surprise when he bursts out in Boy George! I wish I had a recording of it for this post. It was so funny! He was singing "Do you really want to hurt me?" And he was so into it!

Vacances de Chupa Chuva

My "french brother" Hadrien Beriot is making headlines in Paris for his band Chupa Chuva. He's really good. I've seen him improv on the piano, guitar and vocals. Just messing around at home, but still, one of those people that make you sick because they are so talented. Hadrien is the genius behind all their music. He writes it all. When I lived with his mom, he wrote this amazing song for his mom's birthday party performed by him and all his brothers. It was such an amazing song! My roommate Lisa and I had it stuck in our heads for days! This is a one of the band's music videos. Hadrien is the guitar player with curly hair.
