I am still in the process of unpacking (what can I say? I'm slow& lazy) and I came across a ton of lavender soap I bought in the south of France. It smells so good, which is probably why I never used it! The picture above reminded me of shopping in Lyon and the one below of a monestary in Provence that makes soaps and perfumes from their lavender fields to keep the monestary functioning. These monks live the same way they did hundreds of years ago. Stone walls, no beds, no heating. Some people are crazy, but I like their perfume.
